Four New Communities Within the Best-Selling Otay Ranch by Baldwin & Sons


Baldwin & Sons, the builder and developer creating thriving communities for Southern California families since 1956, announced today new phase releases in four communities in Otay Ranch by Baldwin & Sons.


These new communities are located in the Village of Montecito, its popular master-planned community in San Diego County. The new homes will be released in the Signature, Lovina, Monte Villa, and Parc Place communities on Saturday, June 17th and will offer an expansive variety of floorplans, architectural styles, and pricing. Parc Place and Lovina model homes are open for tours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Signature and Monte Villa can be viewed at the New Home Center until their model homes officially open.

Signature, a single-family home community, is Heritage Building & Development’s newest. Its first phase of 13 new homes is widely anticipated by a considerably sized interest list of potential buyers. Signature offers three floorplans. Residence One features four or five bedrooms and a three-car garage set within an appealing 3,344-square-foot floorplan. Residence Two includes five or six bedrooms and a three-car garage set within 3,491 square feet. Residence Three includes four to six bedrooms and a two-car garage in a 3,605-square-foot layout. All homes within Signature offer between three and five bathrooms. Prices for Signature homes start at the low $700,000s.

Lovina, a Heritage Building & Development community offering two- and three-story paired homes, will release its second phase encompassing 14 new for-sale homes. The community offers buyers six inviting floorplans to choose from. Residence One is a three-story, four- or five-bedroom home of 2,189 square feet. Residence Two features three bedrooms set within a two-story home of 1,614 square feet while Residence 2x offers an expansive five-bedroom, three-story floorplan of 2,341 square feet. Residence Three features three or four bedrooms and a two-story, 1,734-square-foot floorplan. The largest Lovina home, Residence 3x, is a 2,467-square-foot abode with either five or six bedrooms set within three stories. All Lovina homes offer a two-car garage and either two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half baths. Prices start in the low $400,000s.

Monte Villa, a Pacific Coast Communities neighborhood, showcases attractive and unique single-family residences. The community will release its second phase of six new three-story homes. Featured in three distinct floorplans, each offers a two-car garage. The 2,594-square-foot Residence 1x offers a four or five-bedroom option. Residence 2x also offers four or five bedrooms in a larger 2,833-square-foot layout. The largest model, Residence 3x, caters to larger families from five and seven bedrooms and a 3,016-square-foot layout. The homes of Monte Villa offer three-and-a-half or four baths. New homes at Monte Villa are priced from the low $500,000s.

Parc Place, also a new Pacific Coast Communities neighborhood, will also release its second phase presenting 12 new homes. The community comprises two-story townhomes with Spanish-style architecture providing inspiring curb appeal. Residence One is a 1,116-square-foot model with two bedrooms, two baths, and a one-car garage. Residence Two features a 1,583-square-foot floorplan with either two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a one-car garage. Similar in size at 1,587 square feet, Residence Three also entices with either two or three bedrooms, two-and-a half-baths, and, for added appeal, features a two-car garage. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s.
