$23M at Beechwood’s New Hamptons Community
The Beechwood Organization has sold 11 newly constructed homes at its new single-family residential development in Westhampton Beach.
These 11 homes, which sold for prices ranging from $1.85 million to $2.47 million, constitute half of the 22 homes planned for the Country Pointe Estates project at 44 Depot Road.
According to LI Business News, among the 11 remaining homes are three move-in ready homes priced from $2.47 million to $3.67 million and a choice of six buildable plans for eight homesites, which start at $2.27 million, according to the Jericho-based homebuilder.
“We’re excited for our first owners to be moved in for their first summer but also to enjoy their new homes year-round and for years to come,” Michael Dubb, Beechwood founder and CEO, said in a company statement. “It’s gratifying, both as a developer and as a Village of Westhampton Beach homeowner for nearly 30 years, to see some of the area’s finest homes in the enclave community of Country Pointe Estates taking shape.”
Built on the 13-acre former site of the Wholistic Tennis Academy, the new community is within walking distance to Westhampton Long Island Rail Road station and a five-minute drive to Main Street and Dune Road beaches.
Of the three available homes, two are newly constructed and designer furnished. Those are 5 Happy Lane, a 3,523-square-foot home with five bedrooms and four baths listed for $3.2 million and 4 Margareta Court, a 3,987-square-foot home with five bedrooms and four baths listed for $3.67 million. A 2,666-square-foot-home at 50 Depot Road with four bedrooms and three baths listed for $2.37 million will be ready to occupy this fall.
