Hodges Reserve in Leesburg will feature 163 single-family detached homes ranging from 1,509 to 3,198 square feet. Homebuyers will be able to choose from single or two-story homes with three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Homes are expected to be available for sale in late 2024. Residents will enjoy various amenities, including a pool, cabana, playground, amenity center, dock overlook, and dog park.
