Six Additional Neighborhoods Now Selling at Rancho Mission Viejo’s Newest Phase of the Village of Rienda
- Over 500 Homes by Distinguished Neighborhood Builders Now Available
- More Than 850 Homes Have Sold at Rienda Since Opening for Sale
Rancho Mission Viejo, Calif. – Rancho Mission Viejo officials announced the opening of the next phase of the Village of Rienda. A total of 514 homes are available in six new neighborhoods from distinguished Neighborhood Builders Lennar, Pulte Homes, Shea Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Trumark Homes. A grand opening celebration was held on Sunday, January 14 and was attended by close to 800 potential homebuyers.

The six new all-age neighborhoods include Progressive Spanish, Farmhouse and Contemporary designs with a variety of floorplans ranging from one to four bedrooms, and one to three bathrooms:
- Mariposa by Lennar, featuring three-story townhomes ranging from 922 to 1,663 square feet with prices starting in the low $500ks*.
- Willow by Trumark Homes, featuring two-story attached townhomes ranging from 910 to 1,540 square feet with prices starting in the high $500ks*.
- Juniper by Pulte Homes, featuring two-story duet homes ranging from 1,140 to 1,623 square feet with prices starting from the $700ks*.
- Flora by Lennar, featuring three-story single-family detached homes ranging from 1,397 to 1,818 square feet with prices starting from the low $800ks*.
- Heatherly by Tri Pointe Homes, featuring three-story single-family homes ranging from 1,691 to 2,182 square feet with prices starting from the $900ks*.
- Bloom by Shea Homes, featuring two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,753 to 2,150 square feet with prices starting from the low $1Ms*.
Rienda, the first of six villages planned for the largest planning area on The Ranch, places special emphasis on nurturing
neighborliness among all ages and life stages. Award-winning amenities create a vibrant social life in neighborhoods set amidst a historic ranch featuring thousands of acres of the permanently protected open space of The Nature Reserve at Rancho Mission Viejo.

Since first opening for sale in April 2022, 856 homes have been sold or reserved at Rienda. Select neighborhoods in the first phase of Rienda are also still selling.
At completion, Rancho Mission Viejo will encompass approximately 6,000 acres, or 25%, of the 23,000-acre Rancho Mission Viejo, a historic ranch in Orange County, which has been held in the O’Neill/Moiso/Avery family since 1882.
About 17,000 acres, or 75%, of The Ranch will be preserved for the large habitat conservation area known as The Nature Reserve at Rancho Mission Viejo, along with ranching and farming.
