Understanding Today’s New Home Buyers

The success of a home sale hinges on crafting an effective pitch that resonates with the buyer’s life experiences and personality traits. Therefore, it’s crucial to comprehend the diverse demographics, preferences, and styles prevalent in today’s market.

According to the NAHB, on April 2 and 9, Alisa Ponchero, MIRM, CSP, CMP, CNE, national director of training and online sales for Dream Home Finders, will lead a live online course, “Understanding Today’s New Home Buyer,” to educate sellers on what’s affecting home buyers’ decisions.

“This course will provide an opportunity to learn how to elevate the customer experience by understanding how different generational and cultural buyers make their buying decisions,” said Ponchero, whose list of achievements include winning the National Gold Award for Sales Manager of the Year at the International Builders’ Show and a MAME award for Sales Leader of the Year. “By understanding the broad spectrum of today’s home buyers, you’ll be able to create experiences that are not just satisfying but also memorable, enhancing the joy of the home buying process.”

Additionally, the course will explore key customer service tactics such as customizing the decor of model homes and creating a follow-up plan that suits the home buyers’ communication preferences.
