Judges for the 2024 Gold Nugget Awards have named Homecoming at The Resort as its Grand Award winner for “Best Multi-Family Housing Community 20-30 DU/AC” in its annual competition.

Now in its 61st year, the Gold Nugget Awards is the largest and most prestigious awards program of its kind. It honors design and planning achievements in community and home design including site planning, retail, commercial, mixed-use development, and specialty housing categories. Winners were chosen from over 675 entries from around the globe.
