A Year-Round Vacation in Florida

Taylor Morrison has established itself over the years as one of the country’s most reputable builders, with operations in 19 markets across 11 states. The company has a family of brands that includes Taylor Morrison, Darling Homes Collection by Taylor Morrison and Yardly, as well as Esplanade. Launched over 12 years ago in Florida, Esplanade, Taylor Morrison’s resort lifestyle brand, has expanded to almost 30 communities across the United States. Esplanade projects make signature resort-style amenities and programs a main point of emphasis.

One community that stands out is Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch, which is a master-planned community that is made up of over 25 villages and covers approximately 33,000 acres. The community is part of Manatee County and Sarasota County in southwest Florida on the Gulf Coast and boasts over 10,000 acres of lakes and 150 miles of trails.

Esplanade at Azario offers single-family homes that range from 1,533 sq. ft. to 3,004 sq. ft. with two to four bedrooms and two to 3.5 bathrooms. Development began in August 2019 with sales opening up in July 2020. Although no full build-out date is determined, the project will feature approximately 2,000 homes at completion. Home prices start from the high $400s.
