Schwarze Industries Celebrates 50 Years of Excellence and Innovation
Schwarze Industries LLC is proud to celebrate its 50th anniversary, marking
half a century of leadership, innovation, and commitment to quality in the street sweeping
industry. Since its founding in 1974 by former NASA engineer Bob Schwarze, the company has
grown into a global leader in manufacturing street sweepers that serve municipalities,
contractors, and airports worldwide.
A Legacy of Innovation and Quality
What started as a vision for better street sweeping solutions has become a driving force in the
industry. Schwarze has continued to innovate from its early days, focusing on parking lot
sweepers to the development of regenerative air and mechanical sweepers in the 1980s. Today,
the company offers a wide range of high-performance sweepers, including the M6 Avalanche
EV, which exemplifies its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

supported its growth. Schwarze’s Huntsville headquarters will host a special dealer meeting
from October 27 to 30, welcoming trusted partners and customers to engage in workshops,
product showcases, and a festive dinner under the Saturn V Rocket, symbolizing both
Schwarze’s roots in innovation and its aspirations for the future.
