Round Rock housing developer to bring 72 townhomes to Central Texas
A new townhome development in Round Rock, Texas aims to address the housing needs of families and returning residents with affordable options, as reported by mySA. RGC Multifamily Ventures is investing $18.5 million to construct 72 modern farmhouse-style townhomes.
The townhomes will feature 1,800-square-foot, three-story units with two-car garages, available in three floorplans. Priced at approximately $399,900, the first homes are anticipated to be completed by April or May 2025.
