Pre-leasing for Luxury Rentals to Commence in April
SAN ANTONIO, Texas (March 17, 2021) – AHV Communities, the pioneer and innovator of master planned rental communities, today announced that its new project, Farm Haus, a duplex rental community in San Antonio, Texas is under construction and will begin pre-leasing in April. Ideally located in San Antonio’s Northwest submarket, Farm Haus is a luxury 142-unit duplex community which will provide an upscale lock-and-go lifestyle to renters in one of the country’s fastest growing cities. Farm Haus is also AHV Communities’ first in a series of infill communities to be introduced this year, a new offering which further addresses the shortage of quality rental housing in key markets.

Designed by KTGY, the Farm Haus community showcases a modern farmhouse aesthetic. The collection of inviting two-story duplex units includes a mix of floor plans ranging in size from 1,134 to 1,645 square feet. Options include two-, three- and four-bedroom units all with 2.5 baths. Open spaces are ideally designed for flexibility and remote working and learning as well as in-home entertaining. All units include direct two-car garage access along with private fenced rear yards.
The top shelf interior amenity package at Farm Haus rivals those found in luxury for-sale home communities.
