Building Materials Increase More Than 19% Year Over Year
Price of building materials now up 19.2% year over year. Most recent Producer Price Index report from the Bureau Labor Statistics show building material prices increased 0.5% last month. According to the NAHB, this adds up to an 4.9% increase in building materials prices since the start of 2022.
