Construction Values Up

Through the first quarter of 2018, building permits and construction activity is up in Lincoln Township. Lincoln Township’s Department of Building Safety has issued nine permits for single-family dwellings from Jan. 1, 2018, through the end of March. Compared to last year during the same time frame, the township only issued five. In March 2018 alone, there were seven permits issued for single-family dwellings. At this time last year, house construction values totaled $1.4 million. This year, the township has seen house construction values rise to $2.5 million.
