Miller & Smith’s The Retreat at Westfield offers convenience and views

Founded in 1964, Miller & Smith is among the Washington State’s region’s largest privately owned real estate companies with expertise in land planning and development, commercial construction, homebuilding and advisory services.

Miller & Smith’s The Retreat at Westfield was built alongside architect KTGY. Construction began in June of 2021 with full build out expected March of 2023. Located in Chantilly, Va., The Retreat at Westfield was built with the intention of taking advantage of the surrounding views, with main living rooms and primary suites placed in the rear of the homes, allowing for natural light and the privacy of trees. Colors and materials were chosen to complement the natural surroundings while still providing fresh details like black windows and features.

Millennials and Gen X are the target buyers of the community. Prices range from $779,990 to $903,400. One floorplan is offered with square footage up to 2,800 sq. ft. The townhome community is also ENERGY STAR certified, making it a green option for potential homebuyers.
