GL Homes, City Officials Celebrate Groundbreaking in Palm Beach Gardens’ New Avenir Residential Community

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. – A new 28,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art clubhouse broke ground yesterday at Avenir, a 4,752-acre master-planned community in Palm Beach Gardens being created by Landstar Development Group.

The new Avenir West Clubhouse will be the community’s second clubhouse, located on a 13-acre site on the west side of Avenir. It is expected to be completed in mid-2025.

Avenir West Clubhouse is adjacent to GL Homes’ APEX at Avenir community, with a dedicated entrance for APEX residents. The clubhouse will be accessible by three communities within Avenir. It will feature:
