Honolulu condo project achieves historic LEED certification

Symphony Honolulu has become the first new 400-foot tall high-rise residential condominium building in Hawaii to achieve certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), according to a release. Developed by OliverMcMillan, Symphony Honolulu includes 388 residential condominiums.
