In the latest Housing Market Recovery Index by the National Association of Realtors, housing has continued its momentum and is posed for further growth in the spring.
The latest Realtor.com Housing Market Recover Index reached 103.7 points and is growing faster than during the same time last year.
Housing sales and price gains have remained consistent, and according to Director of Economic Research Javier Vivas. Furthermore, the housing demand component recorded in the index has also gone up more than 2 points to 116.9.
It should also be noted that several major cities are on their way to recovery, including Portland, Los Angeles and Boston.
