More than 200 people attended the grand opening weekend.

Hudson offers 139 three-story townhomes in a gated community. The homes range from 775 to 1,368 square feet with options for one to three bedrooms and one-and-a-half to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Prices begin at $496,000.* Model homes are also available to tour in person.
Hudson’s Dutch woonerf design concept embraces the idea of a “living street” that acts as a social space between the buildings, and with room for pedestrians and cyclists.
