Sales have started for new homes in Lennar’s first eight neighborhoods
SACRAMENTO, CALIF. (January 26, 2021) – Integral Communities has announced the launch of Northlake, a new 577-acre master-planned community located just a short drive from downtown Sacramento in the community of North Natomas. Upon completion, Northlake will deliver approximately 2,175 single-family homes, 331 multifamily residences and 191 senior affordable apartments to a growing and underserved region for housing. Sales have started for the first phase of development, which includes approximately 1,137 single-family homes within eight new home neighborhoods by Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders.

The home collections offer a mix of single-level and two-story home sizes ranging from 1,774 to nearly 4,000 square feet. Offering luxury lakeside homes, the Bleau (~2,150 to 3,180 square feet), Watersyde (~2,307 to 2,968 square feet), Crestvue (~1,797 to 3,178 square feet) and Atla home collections (~2,632 to 3,940 square feet) will include (according to plan) loft, patio and deck options (some with lake views), with the Atla homes to be built on the largest lots at Northlake, starting at approximately 6,600 square feet. Lennar will offer four of its highly sought-after Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home ® floor plans at Northlake. Since its inception
in 2011, the Next Gen ® floor plan has offered a solution to address the rising trend of multigenerational households.
