Jeffersonville approve 397 housing units in frenzy request

Once again, the Jeffersonville Plan Commission fielded a frenzy of requests from the developers wanting to build housing in Jeffersonville. On Tuesday, 397 apartments, patio homes and more received some sort of approval from the planning board. Perhaps the grandest plan was for 256 new apartments ranging from around $800 to $1,400 located across from Autoneum along Ind. 62.  “With all the jobs that are coming to Clark County and Jeffersonville, this is exactly what we need,” said Jeffersonville Mayor Mike Moore.
