Landsea High-Performance Single-Family Homes in Arizona Community

Rialta will feature High Performance single-family homes in desirable area of Maricopa County

Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential home builder, announced today that it has begun development on 90 homes for a new community called Rialta in Mesa, Arizona.

Rialta will feature 90 homes with single-story and two-story floorplans ranging from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet. Residents of Rialta will have access to a range of amenities, including a pool and pickleball courts. Homes are expected to begin selling in Summer 2025. Pricing will be determined at a later date.

Located just outside of Phoenix and Tempe, Mesa offers the perfect combination of urban living, natural beauty, and cultural richness.
