Clermont, Florida (April 25, 2022) – Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today the grand opening of Ridgeview, a new community of 578 single-family homes in Clermont, Florida.

The Exbury Executive model home is available to tour in-person. This unique floorplan consists of a second-floor open family space and three car garage.
