• Essex + Gage will feature 129 row and carriage townhomes set to open this spring

Huntington Beach, Calif. – Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), announced today the official groundbreaking of Essex + Gage, a new all-electric townhome community in Huntington Beach, California. The community marks Landsea Homes’ entrance into the highly sought-after coastal city, further strengthening its Southern California portfolio.
