Landsea Homes Breaks Ground on New Community in the Heart of Orlando, Florida
Orlando, Fla. — Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced that it has officially broken ground on Harrell Oaks located in Orlando, Florida.

Model homes are currently under construction. Sales are anticipated to begin in May and prices will begin in the $500ks*. Planned community amenities include open space picnic areas with benches and grills.
