Firestone, Colo – Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that it has closed on the first 34 of 132 finished homesites for a new community called Cordovan in Firestone, Colorado.

Homes are anticipated to begin selling in late Summer 2025. Pricing will be announced at a later date.
