LG Hausys’ Viatera® Brand Kicks Off 2021 with New Innovations During KBIS Virtual
New Colors and a Virtual Showroom Take Center Stage
ATLANTA – Feb. 9, 2021 – LG Hausys and its Viatera quartz surface brand are kicking off 2021 by introducing several new colors and a new virtual showroom during KBIS Virtual, Feb. 9-12. Two new collections – the Viatera Urban Collection and Viatera Calacatta Collection – expand the brand’s total number of collection offerings to five from three. A new color, Adiago Gold, is also being added to the existing Viatera Masterpiece collection.
The new colors smartly adhere to Viatera’s classic and timeless aesthetic. Inspired by the organic colors, patterns and shapes inherent in the earth’s natural splendor, they meet the look, feel and design trends for today’s modern and discerning homeowner.
The new Urban Collection debuts with two new colors: Metro and Gotham, both available in Brushed Finish. The collection, at once modern and refined, evokes the ethos of a sophisticated metropolis, where concrete-inspired designs bring an edgy appeal, and industrial looks are softened by unique marbling. Metro consists of bright gray tones, ranging from light to medium that intermingle smoothly. With intricate design and texture, it provides a subtle, yet unmistakable backdrop for any space. Gotham combines the energy of a fast-paced urban dwelling with a chic industrial look. Stone-gray hues and whisper-thin neutrals bring a sleek and clean aesthetic that creates a sophisticated look.
The new Calacatta Collection offers a bright, natural white background, intricate veining and large, elegant patterns that evoke luxury and opulence. Calacatta Sol beautifully reflects the collection’s refined and graceful aesthetic. Its striking white appearance, fused with shades of gold in large-pattern veins and set upon a backdrop of warm twirling hues, enlightens any room. Calacatta Plata features minimal, silver veining that dash in random fashion, reflective of a lighting-filled sky. The widely-spaced veins allow the color’s pristine white to show through, creating an unmistakably timeless look.
The Viatera Masterpiece Collection’s newest color addition is Adagio Gold. This tranquility-inspired color is designed with a soft yet brilliant base and features thin gold veins to create a sense of brightness and tender embrace. Nine colors are now featured within this venerable collection.
Each new Viatera color comes in a Jumbo II size slab of 63” x 130,” which can accommodate larger layouts, including kitchen islands with fewer seams. They are available in 2cm and 3cm thickness and are backed by LG Hausys’ 15-year transferable warranty.
New Virtual Showroom
Kitchen and bath designers, builders and homeowners can view the new colors – and experience the entire Viatera brand offering – through LG Hausys’ new virtual showroom. With 360-degree views, it is accessible by computer, mobile phone or tablet device and provides an immersive experience.
Once at the showroom, visitors can “enter” a variety of rooms, including kitchen areas and bathrooms. They can easily customize any room by using the site’s visualizer/configurator tool. By changing out the colors and product styles for the surfaces, as well as the cabinets, flooring, and walls, visitors can envision how LG Hausys products can bring any design vision to life. Viatera color images can be downloaded for use in design schemes.

LG Hausys is also introducing several new color introductions to its HI-MACS® brand. The new Wood Collection consists of three colors: Crème Oak, Gray Teak and Dark Walnut. Four new colors are also being added to the Aurora Collection. HI-MACS colors offer a durability similar to natural stone and are manufactured to prevent against everyday wear and tear, as well as a high resistance to stains, chemicals and heat.
