Maracay Debuts Its First Two New Residential Communities in Phoenix Metro Under Newly Rebranded Name, Tri Pointe Homes

The Preserve at Sedella and Cadence at Gateway deliver diverse homes to one of the nation’s fastest growing metro areas with leading-edge design, personalization and enduring craftsmanship at a premium value

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ.  – Tri Pointe Homes, a recognized leader that has served the Phoenix market for over 25 years under the name Maracay, has announced two new community openings in the metro area: The Preserve at Sedella, located in Goodyear, Arizona, will offer 75 homesites, and Cadence at Gateway in Mesa will have 127 homesites. Pre-scheduled model home tours will take place in the coming weeks, including virtual tours with interactive floorplans, community videos and updates, and more.
