With NAHB’s International Builders’ Show (IBS) inching closer, builders from across the globe prepare their trek to Sin City to showcase their products, services, and ideas.
And while exhibitors are eager to show off their repertoire, the show within itself offers many workshops and activities that attendees can engage in and learn from.
In particular, there will be a plethora of educational sessions held at the show, helping further knowledge and boost careers in the industry.
According to its website, over 35 percent of speakers are new to IBS and 80 percent of these education sessions available will be new content that’s offered at this event for the first time, even giving returning attendees the chance to gain something new.
There are five types of sessions: Master Workshops, which last year were known as Master Sessions; Game Changers, Spotlight Sessions, Building Knowledge Sessions, and Tech Bytes.
These educational offerings focus on seven topics including project management, design and community planning, business management, sales and marketing, industry trends and emerging issues, custom building and remodeling, and multifamily housing.
The variety of sessions offered is sure to keep a steady flow of new material to take in at this year’s show.
