Nolin by Landsea Homes Sellout

One year after opening for sale, a collection of 65, three-story High Performance townhomes in Anaheim sells out

Anaheim, Calif. – Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, today announced that Nolin in Anaheim has officially sold out.

“Our vision for Nolin was to create a community of beautiful homes in one of Orange County’s prime cities as well as place for residents to thrive,” said Patrick Higgins, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Southern California division, Landsea Homes. “Homes were in high demand from the moment we launched sales given the community’s proximity to unique dining experiences, recreational opportunities, retail excursions and an array of entertainment options. Residents still have opportunities to buy in our other Orange County communities, Avelina and Hudson.”

Nolin consists of 65 three-story townhomes with five different floor plans that range from 1,084 square feet to 2,001 square feet, and three or four bedrooms with generous two car garages. Each home features a gourmet kitchen with abundant counter space and modern appliances, outdoor balconies, and primary bedrooms with walk-in closets.

Homes at Nolin are equipped with all the features of Landsea Home’s acclaimed High Performance Home program. Smart home automation technology utilizes the Apple HomeKit™ environment with an Apple® HomePod mini, wireless network Internet throughout the home, entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera pre-wire, and smart home activation with an individualized training session.

Landsea Homes is also currently selling at the following Southern California communities, including Avelina in San Juan Capistrano, Hudson in Placentia, Neuhouse in Ontario, and Narra Hills in Fontana. Petra in San Juan Capistrano sold out in August, just 10 months after opening for sale.

“We continue to see active, engaged and serious buyers in Southern California, especially with very few resale homes available. We offer financing incentives that appeal to buyers to meet their affordability needs,” added Higgins.
