There are four collections at Sereno Canyon: Enclave, Villa, Estate and Manor. The Enclave collection offers four home designs that start at 2,157 sq. ft. and can measure up to 2,728 sq. ft. Buyers could choose from six designs in the Villa collection, which ranges from 2,509 sq. ft. to over 3,489 sq. ft. The Estate collection features five designs from 4,124 sq. ft. to over 5,000 sq. ft. Opening for sale in early 2025 with 3 designs is the Manor collection, which will have options from 4,152 sq. ft. to 4,665 sq. ft.
