Chino Hills’ strong demographics and its location at the convergence of Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties make it attractive to homebuyers and commercial developers alike, stated Yvonne Espinoza, sales representative for Crystal View. Money List magazine ranked Chino Hills number 34 on the “100 Best Places to Live” and ranked it the 13th safest place to live in the United States.

Crystal View offers a luxury home option in this desirable residential setting that has a definite low maintenance advantage, which is appealing to those who are downsizing and busy professionals or young families. However, they still offer that very high caliber experience in terms of the homes livability and attention to detail. The maintenance of Crystal View’s private streets, buildings, common landscape and hardscape areas, and irrigation is funded through HOA dues, which currently are $270 per month. The base property tax rate, which is approximately 1.25 percent, does include a Mello-Roos Community Facilities District (CFD) assessment and a Landscaping and Lighting District (LLD) assessment.

The architectural styling, colors and landscaping were designed to complement the existing neighborhood surrounding Crystal View, which has very bucolic feel with its gently rolling hillsides, meandering trails and views. The theme running through the design style and architecture resonates with Andalusian and Tuscan style with ornate architectural wrought iron and wood detailing.

Homeowners can entertain in style with a centralized living/great room and kitchen spaces that blend harmoniously with outdoor spaces. Spacious laundry rooms have linen storage, gas dryer hookup, white Thermafoil cabinetry, white cultured marble countertop and sinks.
