Semi-Custom Homebuilder Opens Model Home

MasterCraft Builder Group, a Florida-based, semi-custom homebuilder, announced their grand opening event for its new model home TrailMark.

Floor plans range between 2,499 to 3,700-plus square feet with both one and two-story plans available. Floor plans include four bedrooms and three baths or five bedrooms and four baths. As a semi-custom homebuilder, MasterCraft allows homebuyers to modify some floor plans too. Prices start in the high $300,000s.

“MasterCraft Builder Group is proud to be local craftsman first and foremost, with the vision and commitment to use innovative building techniques to develop new homes,” said MasterCraft Builder Group Founder Chris Shee in a press release. “Incorporating customer suggestions, we build to suit their lifestyle, not just our logistics. At MasterCraft, we work to a higher standard because every home we build is for a future neighbor.”

Some of the elements that come standard with every MasterCraft home in TrailMark include: Smart Home ready; Interior LED lights throughout home; 16 SEER AC units; Samsung kitchen appliances including refrigerator, washing machine and dryer and the Whole Home Energy Guarantee program.

TrailMark appeals to homebuyers seeking a healthier lifestyle with access to a wide range of recreational amenities. Homeowners will take advantage of the resort-style pool overlooking the lake, a fitness center, sports courts and playing fields. The Camp House provides a perfect setting to socialize and gather. TrailMark’s Lifestyle Director plans activities and social gatherings to help foster neighborhood relationships. TrailMark is zoned within the highly rated St. Johns County School District with the new Picolata Crossing Elementary school adjacent to the community.

As part of the grand opening celebration, every MasterCraft home purchase will include a free custom pool package along with nine innovative semi-custom floor plans scaled for 70-foot and 80-foot homesites, the largest available in TrailMark.
