SoCal Developer Completes Mixed-Use Community

Southern California real estate developer Zephyr recently announced the completion of The Park, Bankers Hill in San Diego, California.

The Park is one of San Diego’s most architecturally significant buildings. The development was designed by world-renowned architect firm DIALOG and includes 60 homes in an exclusive environment. Averaging interiors with more than 2,300 square feet and over 460 square feet of outdoor living space per residence, the contemporary homes feature the finest luxury finishes and offer sweeping panoramas of key San Diego landmarks.

“We wanted to do something different and spectacular with The Park and we’ve achieved that goal through meticulous attention to detail and luxury touches not found anywhere else,” said Brad Termini, chief executive officer of Zephyr. “There is always a market for the best and we have truly taken luxury living in San Diego to the next level with this project.”

The interior architecture was brought to life by internationally recognized designer Lorena Gaxiola, whose projects span the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality industries. The lobby boasts marble flooring, three-dimensional walnut wood walls, with each piece hand-placed by Gaxiola, and a sculptural glass and wood staircase.

The Park is a collection of 54 condominiums in the main tower and six two-story, street-level townhomes. Each home boasts understated yet elegant interiors that convey the sophisticated essence of the neighborhood.

The top two floors are occupied by four breathtaking penthouses, each offering 90-degree views of the San Diego skyline. Ranging in size from 3,810 to 4,905 square feet, the penthouses are described as the “crème de la crème” when it comes to condominium living. The largest of the four penthouses has sold and closed and is the highest recorded sale in Bankers Hill history.

In addition to its central location and luxurious amenities, The Park is also home to two retail tenants and is just steps away from Balboa Park and its various cultural and art institutions; a variety of San Diego’s finest dining destinations and much more.
