Sioux Falls – The Spring Parade of Homes starts Saturday, May 14th and will continue through the following weekend. The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire puts on this event, which will showcase more than 65 newly constructed homes. The houses are located in Brandon, Harrisburg, Sioux Falls, and Tea. More than 40 different building companies have worked on these homes. People can tour the homes at no charge. It will give them the chance to see some of the hottest trends in the home building industry. Some of the unique products that will be on display are a custom welded stair railing, theater rooms, and a hidden pantry. All of the homes in the event range in price from $160,000 to more than $1,000,000. Homes will be open to the public starting Saturday, May 14th. The event will continue on Sunday, May 15th and Monday, May 16th. The homes will also be open the following weekend, Saturday through Monday, May 21st through the 23rd. People can visit the homes from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, and 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM on Mondays.
