Taylor Morrison Adds More Bling to Austin Community

Taylor Morrison’s Traditions at Vizcaya in Austin will be enriched by a 3,600-square-foot amenity center that will include a pool, playscape and open-air pavilion. The company has already begun construction. “We’ve always felt that our customers deserve to live in the community of their dreams, so we designed Traditions at Vizcaya to serve the people who will call it home,” said Tim Towell, president of Taylor Morrison’s Austin division. “This means creating an amenity-rich neighborhood that provides residents with everything they need to live, work and play.” The community is adjacent to the developer’s First 55 and Better community in Austin, Heritage at Vizcaya, but the two neighborhoods are divided, each with its own planned amenity center. “The master-planned community of Vizcaya allows multiple generations to live within walking distance of each other,” Towell said. “It’s perfect for buyers who wish to remain close to family in a neighborhood that offers the best of luxurious living.”
