AIA Survey Shows Wellness Design And Home Safety Trends

The American Institute of Architect’s Home Design Trends survey reveals how Covid impacted our living spaces.

According to Forbes, September 22 the quarterly study showed a sharp uptick in demand for outdoor improvements, multiple home offices, exercise spaces, and safety features like backup generators and hurricane-resistant design. Other improvements include; outdoor living spaces, multiple home offices, exercise and yoga rooms, disaster planning and an increase in home improvement demand.
