Three Economists Predict When Housing Market will Shift
Economists are predicting the competition in the housing market will cool off in the near future. According to Lawrence Yun, chief economist at the National Association of Realtors, “The combination of rising interest rates and rising house prices will push some would-be buyers out of the market, which may result in reduced competition after the summer buying season is over.”
