Toll Brothers Opens Luxe ‘Smart Home’ Remy Multifamily Community in Frisco
Remy, the second joint project between Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers and Chicago’s Equity Residential, offers 357 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit is equipped with smart home technology, including keyless entry, smart thermostats, and in-home Wi-Fi.
According to Dallas Innovates, Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the rental subsidiary of Toll Brothers Inc., has partner with Equity Residential to open Remy at 5775 Blairview St. in Frisco. The project features 357 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Remy’s construction began in 2022 and was financed by a $55.6 million construction loan from Santander Bank NA.
