Top 50 Places Where Homes Are Selling the Fastest

In April, a home spent an average of 35 days on the market. This is two fewer days than the year prior. Homes selling faster can mean that any given market is less buyer-friendly, and buyer decisions must be made quickly.

Using data from Redfin, Stacker compiled a list of metros where homes sold the fastest in April. In this report, metros are ranked by the median number of days a home was listed before it sold. In the case of ties, metros with the most home sales overall were ranked higher, and metros with more than 300 home sales were included.
