Since opening for sale in July 2021, 235 total homes have been sold in Ellis. Homes offer airy living spaces, with desirable options like home offices, California rooms and Landsea Homes’ signature LiveGen™ suites and LiveFlex® options to meet varying space needs and lifestyles.
