Trendmaker Homes has just opened its newest community at Belterra, a 1,600-acre master-planned community in southwest Austin. As Trendmaker’s first development in the Central Texas market, the builder is offering 38 single-family homes on 80-foot home sites within the San Saba neighborhood of Belterra in Hays County. With prices starting from the $560,000s, sales are currently underway with one model home now available for touring daily.

Trendmaker’s home selections include eight floor plans with three elevations each, ranging in size from 3,397 square feet to 3,974 square feet. Targeting move-up family and empty-nester buyer groups, residents will enjoy one- and two-story homes with a minimum of four bathrooms, three to four bedrooms, up to three-car garages, casual dining areas that open into kitchens, game room and study, hidden storage areas, covered patios and optional outdoor kitchens. As part of Trendmaker’s LivingSmart® program, every home is designed and independently certified to exceed local energy codes and enhanced with money-saving, energy-efficient features throughout.
Named the Austin Business Journal’s 2015 Master-Planned Community of the Year, Belterra offers more than 400 acres of open space and more than six miles of native and landscaped trails. Located a few miles east of Dripping Springs, Texas, the “Gateway to the Hill Country,” the homes are accessible by US 290 Highway West, about 25 miles southwest of downtown Austin. The community is part of the award-winning Dripping Springs School District (DSISD), ranked 7th in the top school districts of Texas, and recognized for excellence in academic and extra-curricular competitions, with Rooster Springs Elementary located within Belterra. The Aquatic Center is well equipped with a lap pool, a kiddie pool, and a resort style swimming pool.
While Belterra is Trendmaker Homes’ first acquisition and debut in the Austin market, the company continues to strengthen its presence in the city and surrounding communities.
