Tri Pointe Homes Debuts Two New Residential Neighborhoods in North Bay Area

Marigold at The Villages and Splash at One Lake bring fresh offerings to further fuel master-planned momentum in Solano County

Marigold at The Villages and Splash at One Lake, both located in Fairfield, California, will offer 119 homesites and 72 homesites, respectively. Sales and pre-scheduled model home tours are underway at both communities including virtual tours with interactive floor plans, community videos and updates, and more.
