Homebuilder Recognized by Prestigious Maryland Awards of Excellence Program for Marketing, Technology and Best Architecture

(NYSE:TPH) is pleased to announce that its DC Metro division received five awards (four winners and one award of merit) across the categories of architecture, marketing and technology during the Maryland Building Industry Association’s (MBIA) annual MAX Awards held on May 20, 2021. Sponsored by the MBIA’s Sales & Marketing Council, the prestigious Maryland Awards of Excellence program celebrates the best and brightest in the home building industry. The MAX program recognizes local home builders who provide buyers with excellence in design, livability, and value. MAX presents awards for sales and marketing, merchandising, design and architecture and associate marketing.

Tri Pointe Homes’ communities received significant recognition as the Max 2020 Architecture Winner for various price points and models including:

• The Norwood at Watson’s Glen (Millersville, Md.): $400,000-$499,999
• The Manhattan at Downtown Brambleton (Ashburn, Va.): $600,000-$699,999

Tri Pointe Homes’ marketing and technology efforts were also recognized by MBIA with Outstanding Community Logo for Bren Pointe, Outstanding Builder Brochure for Downtown Brambleton and a silver merit for Outstanding Use of New Technology – Associate for the Bren Pointe VIP Grand Opening Event.
