Tri Pointe Homes Starts Construction on 66 New Homes In Northwest Austin Metro Planned Community

The homebuilder will debut its Arbor Collection in a new section at Bryson

Tri Pointe Homes announced that construction is underway on new homes at Bryson, a 530-acre planned community located in the northwest Austin metro city of Leander. Tri Pointe Homes will debut its brand-new Arbor Collection, its second section of homesites at Bryson.

Residences in the new Arbor Collection will range from 1,903 to 2,700 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. The homes will feature open-concept floor plans and stylish but flexible designs to serve a range of buyers. Upon completion, the entire Bryson planned community will consist of more than 1,500 single-family homes and an expansive amenity center that includes a large resort-style pool, a covered pavilion, an innovative ‘playscape,’ a large stone fire pit overlooking a fishing pond, river splash pad and event lawn.

Located just off Hwy. 183-A, Bryson offers easy access to Leander ISD schools as well as abundant retail, dining, entertainment, work and fitness options, including The Parke, 1890 Ranch, Round Rock Premium Outlets, Lakeline Mall and Northline mixed-use development.
