Clovis, Calif., – Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that it has introduced its name and branding for two new home communities as part of its expansion into Central California, following the recent acquisition of Wathen Castanos Homes. Sea Haven in Marina and Avila Ranch in San Luis Obispo are the first of several planned communities across the new Central California division that will establish Trumark Homes’ brand in this market.

The coastal community of Sea Haven in Marina sprawls over 248 acres along the iconic Monterey Bay. Two
neighborhoods, Layia and Villosa, are currently selling and feature an eclectic mix of one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,849 to 3,411 square feet, three to seven bedrooms, and two to four bathrooms. When fully built out, the community will include 965 single-family and townhome lots and the exclusive Cove Clubhouse for residents, all surrounded by ten community parks and natural open spaces that showcase the natural beauty unique to its location. Avila Ranch in San Luis Obispo, a highly amenitized 149-acre master planned community, is also currently selling its first phase of homes in two neighborhoods, Estero and Islay. With its new Central California division, Trumark Homes’ footprint now spans contiguously from Northern to Southern California, in addition to its Colorado division which launched in 2021.
