Trumark Homes Expands Central California Footprint With Copper River in Fresno

Clovis, Calif., (January 4, 2024) – Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that it will build 272 single family homes in the master planned community of Copper River Ranch in Fresno.

Copper River will include 272 single-family homes with two new home collections, Ariette and Madison. The one- and two-story floor plans include modern, farmhouse and Spanish designs and will range from 1,163 to 3,152 square feet, with two to four bedrooms, one to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and one- and two-car garages. The community is expected to begin selling in spring 2024 with prices anticipated to start in the mid $500,000s.*
