U.S. Home Prices Inch Up In March

There’s more good news for the nation’s housing market. Home prices across the US rose in March both year over year and month over month, according to new data released by CoreLogic HPI. Home prices nationwide, including distressed sales, increased year over year by 7.1 percent in March 2017 compared with March 2016 and increased month over month by 1.6 percent in March 2017 compared with February 2017, according to the realty group which provides property information and analytics.
