Located one hour northwest from Phoenix, the master-planned lifestyle community is now selling in its new Palomino and Iron Horse neighborhoods, with additional new homes available for purchase in the community’s pre-existing neighborhoods. This latest phase of new homes brings Wickenburg Ranch another step closer to completing its 1,600-home community. The new single-story homes in the new Shea Homes collections at Wickenburg Ranch will start in the high $200,000s, offering features, per plan, such as expansive and well thought out primary suites, entertaining kitchens, oversized patios and large windows. As the community’s first duplex product, the new Resort Collection includes thoughtfully designed attached homes in three floor plans ranging from approximately 1,340 square feet to 1,680 square feet, including two bedrooms, an office or den, two to 2.5 baths, and two-car garages.
