Johnson Development to Showcase 120+ Model Homes for ‘Best of the ‘Burbs’ Tour

(Houston, TX) Now in its 10th year, Johnson Development’s annual citywide home tour will showcase more than 120 model homes and nearly 500 available homes this April when the “Best of the Burbs” home tour begins.

Model homes in 11 Johnson Development communities across greater Houston will be open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays during the tour. Admission is free.

“It’s incredible to think that we’ve been hosting this home tour — arguably Houston’s largest — for 10 years,” said Christen Johnson, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Johnson Development. “Throughout the years, we’ve easily opened the doors to more than 1,000 model homes and thousands of available homes in a variety of architectural styles, showcasing the fantastic variety of homes you can find in a Johnson community. Across all 13 of our beautiful Houston-area communities, there truly is something for everyone.”

Models for homes priced from less than $300,000 to more than $1 million will be open during the tour. Participating communities in the “Best of the Burbs” home tour are: Jubilee in Hockley; Cross Creek Ranch, Cross Creek West and Jordan Ranch in Fulshear; Sienna in Missouri City; Woodforest in Montgomery; Grand Central Park in Conroe; Edgewater in Webster; Harvest Green and Candela in Richmond; Amira in Tomball; and Kresston near Magnolia.
