Tri Pointe Homes Starts Construction on 66 New Homes In Northwest Austin Metro Planned Community

The homebuilder will debut its Arbor Collection in a new section at Bryson

Tri Pointe Homes announced that construction is underway on new homes at Bryson, a 530-acre planned community located in the northwest Austin metro city of Leander. Tri Pointe Homes will debut its brand-new Arbor Collection, its second section of homesites at Bryson.

“We believe this new product will be perfectly suited for many growing families, which is the primary buyer demographic in Bryson,” said Chelsea Timmons, vice president of community experience at Tri Pointe Homes in Austin. “Buyers are drawn to this beautiful, award-winning planned community with its prime position in Leander, high-quality amenities and unique combination of stimulating community connections and laid-back Hill Country charm.”

Residences in the new Arbor Collection will range from 1,903 to 2,700 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. The homes will feature open-concept floor plans and stylish but flexible designs to serve a range of buyers. Upon completion, the entire Bryson planned community will consist of more than 1,500 single-family homes and an expansive amenity center that includes a large resort-style pool, a covered pavilion, an innovative ‘playscape,’ a large stone fire pit overlooking a fishing pond, river splash pad and event lawn.

Located just off Hwy. 183-A, Bryson offers easy access to Leander ISD schools as well as abundant retail, dining, entertainment, work and fitness options, including The Parke, 1890 Ranch, Round Rock Premium Outlets, Lakeline Mall and Northline mixed-use development. Leander’s Capital MetroRail station is less than two miles away, and downtown Austin is only approximately 30 minutes away.

A Johnson Development master-planned community, Bryson has been awarded several “best of” awards, including “Best Overall Community 300 to 599 Acres” in the Texas Association of Builder’s 2020 Texas Star Awards, “Master-Planned Community of the Year” in the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin’s 2022 and 2020 MAX Awards and “Master-Planned Community of the Year” in Austin Business Journal’s 2020 Residential Real Estate Awards. Tri Pointe Homes’ 60-homesite Capital Collection sold out in June 2022.

Tri Pointe Homes’ new model home at Bryson is currently under construction with sales for the new Arbor Collection anticipated to start in spring 2023. For more information, please visit tripointehomes.com/tx/austin/arbor-collection-at-bryson/
