Three-hundred-and-eleven one- and two-story single-family homes are available within Ariette, Emery and Artisan neighborhoods in Riverstone’s Park District

Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that homes are now available within the 2,000-acre master-planned community of Riverstone in Madera, California. The Ariette and Emery model homes are open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days per week. The Artisan model homes are open Friday through Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The three neighborhoods combine to include 311 single-family homes with Spanish, Craftsman and Tuscan architectural styles in Riverstone’s Park District. Riverstone, which is set to include a total of eight districts upon build out, has received numerous industry accolades including America’s Master-Planned Community of the Year in 2018 by the National Association of Homebuilders.

Emery at Riverstone features 96 one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,427 to 2,415 square feet and including three to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two-car garages. Prices start in the low $400,000s.*
Artisan at Riverstone comprises 90 one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,622 to 3,243 square feet and including three to five bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- to three-car garages. Prices start in the mid $400,000s.*
Throughout Riverstone, residents can enjoy numerous amenities including a community clubhouse, 115 acres of parks and open spaces, a dog park, hiking and biking trails with scenic outlooks.
